We are now welcoming our snowbirds for a long winter stay at
our resort condos and beach properties, and it is great to see familiar faces
check in at our office before heading to their property. Winter monthly rentals
are very popular in North Myrtle Beach, and couples from all over the Northeast
and Canada love the milder winter weather, golfing the Grand Strand, and
exploring the local environment and activities. They come back year after year

advance, and usually our top condos are all booked for the next year by the end
