Every year, thousands of folks from the northern states and
Canada make North Myrtle Beach their winter home. The warmer climate, peaceful
beach and a multitude of golf courses make our area a prime location for
snowbirds of all ages. If you are a “semi-local” who spends every winter in the
area, or if you want to try a seasonal stay for the first time, we welcome you
to learn more about our long term stays.
Our monthly rentals begin in October and we can accommodate
extended stays through March. We recommend a 3 month rental because stays 90
days or more are tax-free! Some properties also offer reservations anywhere
from a single month up to six months, so you can enjoy a monthly rental without restrictions.
A perfect rental for a couple is a 2 or 3 bedroom oceanfront condo, and we have
plenty to choose from. Imagine relaxing on your balcony, sipping a hot drink
and watching the sun rise over the expansive Atlantic Ocean. You’ll also have
access to amenities like indoor pools, fitness centers, hot tubs, and
restaurants while you stay.
